Our house design is simple but very sturdy. Each house costs about $2,500 to build.

The procedure for building a house is to get all the block and steel up, then pour a crown of concrete on top. Then roof beams are welded together, and covered with corrugated zinc.

The houses are tied to the ground and held together with columns of reinforcing rod.

A concrete crown is poured on top of the block walls to hold them together and support the roof.

The roof is supported by welded steel beams. Here, the welder is finishing up, while the crew is starting to screw on the corrugated zinc roof.

This is a finished house, from the inside. The floors are tile.
